TDX Next navigation for Closed or Resolved Service Requests

 

Here are the instructions for viewing Closed and Resolved Tickets in the TDNext portal for Technicians:

  1. Access the TDNext Portal: Go to TDNext portal.

  2. Navigate to Tickets Desktop: Once logged in, go to your Tickets Desktop in TDNext. https://lssc.teamdynamix.com/TDNext/Home/Desktop/Default.aspx

  3. Open Service Requests: On the top right side when viewing Service Requests, click on the green down button in the toolbar.

  4. Adjust Filters: In the Current Status field, adjust the filter to include Closed and Resolved statuses.

  5. Add to Grid: Add these statuses to the grid to view the Closed and Resolved tickets.
