Overview
Use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.
Issue
- Navigate to the Service Center by clicking here
- Click the green "View Your Tickets" button
- Log in using your LSSC single sign-on credentials
- Scroll down to view your outstanding service requests or use the filters to find a specific ticket
