Viewing Your Tickets in the TDX Support Client Portal

Overview

Use the Client Portal to view, comment on, or update your existing ticket requests.

Issue
  1. Navigate to the Service Center by clicking here
  2. Click the green "View Your Tickets" button
  3. Log in using your LSSC single sign-on credentials
  4. Scroll down to view your outstanding service requests or use the filters to find a specific ticket
